We provide pet grooming services, wellness clinics, community veterinary events, and related pet care services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Results may vary depending on the pet’s coat condition, temperament, health status, and cooperation during services.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may require advance booking and/or a deposit.

Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to complete required intake forms may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

We reserve the right to refuse service for safety concerns, aggressive behavior, health risks, or policy violations.

Products & Purchases

All product sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are appropriate for their pet. We are not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions.

Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered or products are purchased. We reserve the right to refuse service for unpaid balances.

Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in permanent refusal of future service.
